I am very excited to offer you and your company the benefit of Situational Leadership® through my affiliation with The Center for Leadership Studies, Inc.

I am a firm believer that employees can become top performers with the right combination of leadership behaviors to make them successful. The best leadership model I have experienced and use on a regular basis is Situational Leadership®.

The Service Champions®, a customer service training package I offer comes from my 11 years of experience training customer service to a wide variety of organizations.

While working with The Ken Blanchard Companies, I had the opportunity to be a co-author with Ken Blanchard on their customer service training program titled Raving Fans®.

In 2002, after spending 11 years working with The Ken Blanchard Companies, I decided I preferred the independence of being my own boss. My wife, Chris, and I decided to bring her graphic design business together with my training and consulting business to form BCY Associates, LLC. This was a logical move, because I found myself using her design and layout talents more and more in the production of my training manuals and materials.

My most recent affiliation in the training and education world has been with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I became an Adjunct Faculty member in March 2003 for designing and delivering a Training the Trainers program for one of UNLV's long-term customers, Bechtel Nevada. This affiliation with the UNLV Division of Educational Outreach affords me the opportunity to bring my offerings to them for the Las Vegas area and allows me to design and develop new training packages for their diverse market.
